Luxury hair brand Bumble and bumble spotted Rolando’s talents from miles away which made it no surprise when he joined their team and is one of their most recognized stylists. After 23 years, Rolando continues to polish the coifs of Kristin Davis, Eva Mendes, Zooey Deschanel, and Christina Applegate. His visions are in line with top designers Vivenne Westwood, Cynthia Steffe, Karen Walker, Nicole Miller, and Alexandre Herchcovitch who have all consulted with Rolando on looks for their shows. His work with photographers Patrick Demarchelier, Matthias Vriens, Robbie Fimmano, Sebastian Kim, Terry Tsolis, and Miles Aldridge have been featured in almost all major publications including Vogue, Numero, ELLE, Interview, Harper’s Bazaar, and Vanity Fair. As a native New Yorker, born and raised in the East Village, Rolando continues to be inspired by the city that he has always called home.
