Hair stylists Holli Smith and Rolando Beauchamp are both in Vogue Hommes Japan.

Holli did the hair for The Current Nature of Fashion 2012 Spring and Summer. The models had short spiky hair and a contrasting wavy shag style amidst a wardrobe ranging from Mugler to Alexander McQueen and Jil Sander.

In True Colors Rolando also worked with a variety of hairstyles. Mohawks, voluminous fronts and side swept bangs were evident in the brightly colored editorial with a punk-rock edge.

The collection had a really downtown urban vibe. Vibrant electric blues and bright yellows over black leather with v-neck silhouettes and crop tops were the look as well as smooth black mini-wrap dresses and colorblocked leather skirts. There was a great look with a white boustier and an asymmetrical mini skirt that was half pleated and half sheer. However, the very high slashed leather platform wedges with ankle cuffs in a variety of colors stole the show.
Rolando Beauchamp created a look for the hair that was inspired by effortlessly chic downtown girls who are edgy. He wanted to make it to look easy and low maintenance.
He achieved the look by blow drying the hair straight then curling it but leaving the ends straight and tousling/teasing it until it looked unprocessed and he used a minimal amount of product.
NARS provided all the makeup.

Rolando gave Shirley's blonde hair soft curls for a look that is reminiscent of a classic 1950s look. Photographer Miles Aldrige also made a cameo with his hair parted for a simple do.

Well it's undeniable these boys don't need much to heat up the pages of a magazine, but the powerful team found a way: Stylist Pippa Vosper, Photographer Sebastian Kim and Hairstylist Rolando Beauchamp. Pippa kept things classically cool with plain tees, fitted trousers and of course Levi's, Levi's and more Levi's. Photographer Sebastian Kim showed that there's no better way to go retro then with black and white. Finally our very own Rolando brought out the boy's old school charm with modernized "Grease" coifs that would have Mr. John Travolta envious. This threesome can work it out - who knows they might single handily bring back the wife beater.
