Want to see flawless makeup? Look no further than the Jenny Packham FW'11 Presentation. Key makeup artist for Temptu Pro, Talia Shobrook, created a sculpted look for the designer. The inspiration of the collection was based on the moths iridescent wings, so Talia used highlights and brighteners to draw this concept together.
It only gets better...
The Marchesa SS'11 presentation at the Chelsea Art Gallery was one for the books. With only a few collections left to show for the Spring season Georgina Chapman left things on a very sweet note. Cascading gowns and strategically placed ruffles - a Marchesa signature were present. But a more prominent theme was acknowledged - Oriental Princess'.
Talia rolled with the look of the collection nodding to the Âancient orientalism of the clothes by doing a "fresh take" on the
traditional women from the era.
Talia shares the tricks of the trade!
Backstage can be a little nuts, But Talia and the Le Métier team worked seamlessly getting model after model camera ready.
A collection that was supposedly inspired while Cota was vacationing in the Yucatàn Peninsula. The prints were technical but muted by the light color choices and flowy silhouettes. Talia decided to extended the airiness in to the make-up with a light splash of color on the eyes and a nude lip - giving us all a feeling of a cool spring breeze.
Marco Santini was in charge of making the ever sweet Rachel Bilson camera ready for a press conference for Sunglass Hut and evening of mingling with fans at their flagship store.
Marco was also busy grooming the tresses of Kristen Bell for the 25th anniversary show of Tommy Hilfiger. Kirsten payed homage to the "All American" designer by sporting red, white, and blue - her shorts were even spangled.
Talia Shobrook dolled up "Gossip Girl" star Jessica Szhor for her front row seat at the rag & bone show.
Full story can be seen in the June issue of L'Officiel
Masha and Talia paired up for L'Officiel's June issue. The inspiration was an urbanized cowgirl. To achieve the look, Masha styled model Erin in eyelet dresses and denim vests. Lastly Talia had some fun with a smoky eye and bronzed skin. All of the above helped transform Erin into the cowgirl we all wish to be .
The bulbs were flashing Monday, May 3rd at the Metropolitan Museum for the 2010 Costume Institute Benefit. The theme this year was clearly visible by the turnout. Camilla Belle, Caroline Trentini, Claire Danes, Emmy Rossum, Jessica Szohr, Kristin Davis and Rachel Bilson were a few of the many beautiful people who made a appearance at the star-studded event. Being patriotic has never looked so good.
