    With the greatest of ease...

Grunge has taken a new form and it doesn't involve below the butt jeans. In the October issue of Interview Laurie colored the locks of the style's epitome - a skateboarder. With the right amount of "I could care less" and "Thanks, I got it at Barney's" we have the future generation of boarders. And thanks to Laurie they have an enviable sun-kissed mane.

    Once Upon A Time...

There was a quaint little salon L'Atelier de Laurie in the hip Manhattan borough known as the East Village. In that salon worked a magician of color - Laurie Foley. Painting and streaking the locks of some of the most beautiful people in the world, from Agyness Deyn to Gwyneth Paltrow. Anyone who leaves the hands of Laurie looks and feels "like the fairest of them all".

Through the "looking-glass" Laurie's salon appears to be steps off the Paris streets. The cozy space is scattered with nick-knacks collected from her 10 year stint in 'the city of lights', she even has her very own "Pluto" to man the shop - a dog named Mac. She has truly created "a whole new world" for her clients.

Recently Guinevere Van Seenus stomped the catwalk of Rodarte's SS'11 show sporting a new do courtesy of Laurie herself. Know to people in the biz as "The Chameleon" changing her hair color as often as her shoes. Guinevere opted for a reddish-brown this time around. Go to Style.com's beauty counter profile of Guinevere and read more about Laurie and her magic wand.

Laurie also worked backstage at the Marc Jacobs SS'11 show dusting the brow's of the models a light blonde for that extra pop. Thankfully no one turned into a pumpkin! Go to vogue.com to see a beauty profile of the show.

    W Korea June 2010

    Valentina Zelyaeva by Jeffrey Graetsch

Go Green, Red, Pink and Yellow! Why have one color when you can have four. That is exactly what Victoria thought when creating the look for the June issue of W Korea. Victoria's color experience leads back to her thirteen year stint as Color Director at Bumble and bumble so it's now wonder she was called upon to paint this magical story. And this isn't the first time the Victoria has shown readers the power of color just last month she revved things up for the May issue of Italian Flair. Time after time she delivers something new, exciting and innovative!

    The New Romantic

The amazing Victoria Hunter demonstrated that there is such a thing as modern romance in the May issue of Italian Flair. Victoria, the owner of the Whittemore House Salon here in NYC gave the story a jolt of youth playing with a muted out blue color for the model's hair. It's a no brainer Victoria + color = hair magic. If only all math was that easy.
